What TaskBot stores
TaskBot stores the minimum information needed to operate: Slack workspace and user IDs, task details, deadlines, completion status, and message identifiers.
How information is used
Information is used only to distribute tasks, track completion, prepare reports, and send reminders. Apsis Grid does not sell personal information.
Security and retention
Credentials are protected and excluded from application logs. Workspace data is retained while the workspace uses TaskBot or until an authorized deletion request is received.
Your choices
Workspace owners may request access, correction, export, or deletion of their data and can uninstall TaskBot through Slack.
